GearFM is the leading internet radio station for the fetish and gear community. With an exciting mix of music, podcasts and live events, we offer our global audience insights into the world of gear and promote exchange within the scene. Our goal is to create a digital home for people who are part of this subculture - and for that we need YOU! To support our team behind the scenes in the best possible way, we are looking for you as Web-Developer (m/w/d) for the development and optimization of our internal editorial system and intranet.

Your Mission:
In this position, you will develop the digital tools that our editors, DJs and content creators use to make the daily processes at GearFM efficient and smooth. You will build a customized editorial system and an intranet that takes our communication, content management and teamwork to a new level.

Your tasks:

• Development of an internal editorial system for managing content, shows, podcasts and music streams.
• Development of an intranet for internal communication, document and resource management and team organization.
• Implementation of functions for planning and publishing radio content.
• Optimization of user-friendliness (UX) and functionality for editors und Teammitglieder.
• Ensuring data security and protection within the system.
• Working closely with the editorial team to translate needs and requirements into customized solutions.
• Ongoing maintenance and further development of the system based on user feedback and new technological developments.

Your profile:

• In-depth knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js) and server-side languages such as PHP or Node.js.
• Ideally experience with the development of internal tools, editorial systems or intranets.
• Good knowledge of database administration (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with API integration.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• A plus, but not a must: Interest in the fetish and gear community and the topics that make up GearFM.
